Featuring chophouse staples, Butcher & Bull’s menu boasts several premier cuts including a 16 oz. Certified Angus Beef (CAB) ribeye steak and the quintessential filet mignon as well as seafood and chicken selections.
The menu, designed by our Executive Chef, also offers diverse entrée options, from Wagyu sliders to a classic Angus beef burger. As a North Carolina restaurant through and through, Butcher & Bull sources fresh ingredients from local Triad farmers whenever possible.

Private Dining Rooms
The restaurant is also home to three unique private dining rooms:
- The Butcher’s Room features a walk-in cooler-style entry, kitchen tile floors and matching décor.
- The Bull Room can be completely enclosed for the ultimate in privacy.
- The Wine Cellar showcases downtown street view and a floor-to-ceiling wine collection.
